We are seeking an Estimator in Cardiff with a strong passion for the construction industry.
The role requires construction estimating experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities include reviewing enquiries, providing detailed quotations, and conducting market research.
The position offers a salary of £35,000 per year and includes 28 days of annual leave plus an extra day off for your birthday.
Candidates familiar with JCT & NEC contracts will have an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Review incoming enquiries to assess suitability for the organisation
Provide detailed quotations, including area take-offs and bills of quantities
Conduct research to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain feedback and help secure orders

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience within construction estimating experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with JCT & NEC contracts is a plus
