Hoop Professional Services is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Front of House/Box Office Team Member at a highly renowned and iconic organisation. This is a fantastic Fixed Term Contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position!

Position Overview:

  • Location: Cardiff
  • Contract: 3-month FTC, with potential for permanent
  • Salary: 24,400 per annum (pro rata)
  • Hours: Shifts spread over 7 days, with flexible options:
    • 3 days (8-hour shifts) or 4 days.
    • Weekend work available for those who prefer weekends.
  • Shift Times:
    • Weekdays: 5:45 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
    • Weekends: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
    • Saturday and Sunday shifts finish no later than 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Handle ticket sales and assist with group bookings
  • Sign in and out contractors for maintenance.
  • Manage bookings and inquiries via the ticketing system.
  • Ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Deliver a smooth and high-satisfaction experience for all visitors.
Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
