Sonic Summary

The Outbound Call Centre position is a fully remote, full-time role with a base salary of £23,000 and an on-target earnings (OTE) of £29,000 to £30,000.
Candidates are expected to make 150 to 200 outbound sales calls daily, aiming for 7 to 10 sales per day while ensuring compliance with processes.
Previous experience in call centre, retail sales, customer service, telesales, or field sales is preferred, along with the ability to work in a quiet home environment.
The role offers excellent induction training, ongoing development, incentives, and all necessary equipment is provided by the company.
This position requires no weekend work and typically operates Monday to Friday, with the latest shift ending at 19:00.

Outbound – Call Centre - Remote Full time – Permanent - Monday-Friday – No weekends£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k Fully Remote – equipment provided 37.5 hours a week.Role summary:You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales and Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
