- Support Senior Sales team members with daily administration duties
- Liaise with customers and suppliers, often coordinating and negotiating costs
- Quotations and proposals, understanding customers’ needs
- Customer Service – deal with any inbound customer service enquiries and complaints
- Liaise internally with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Previous experience in a sales support, client services, or administrative role.
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and confident approach to dealing with customers, enquiries and lead generation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Salary of £27,000
