Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a Media company based in Cardiff.  This role will include supporting external sales team members in all administration duties required, including customer service, quotations and identifying new business opportunities. This growing company offer a friendly, tight knit culture who offer progression into other roles within the business such as sales or senior administration roles. This is an office-based role where you will be working from the Cardiff office 5 days per week.  Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Support Senior Sales team members with daily administration duties
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, often coordinating and negotiating costs
  • Quotations and proposals, understanding customers’ needs
  • Customer Service – deal with any inbound customer service enquiries and complaints
  • Liaise internally with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
 Skills & Experience required.
  • Previous experience in a sales support, client services, or administrative role.
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and confident approach to dealing with customers, enquiries and lead generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
