Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and business growth.
  • Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and lead generation, identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO and Digital PR Executives, managing recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Content, PR, Web Development, and Paid Search teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO opportunities.
  • Present SEO performance reports and strategies to key stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
  • Proven SEO expertise a track record of improving rankings and increasing revenue.
  • Link-building experience ability to create and implement high-quality campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
  • Team leadership experience at least 1 year of managing an SEO team.
  • Passionate problem solver data-driven, ambitious, and revenue-focused.
