Our client is a leading insurance company and they are looking to recruit a Corporate Account Handlerto take responsibility for the day-to-day management of severalkey accounts.
Principle Accountabilities
- Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting high quality work in relation to; New Business, Renewals, Mid-term adjustments, Claims, Queries and Premium Finance Arrangements
- Ensuring all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Conduct Polices and Guides to Best Practice
- Always promoting exceptional customer care standards
- Developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with both insurance companies and clients, providing expert product advice and guidance
- Conducting full marketing exercises both for New & Existing Business across a wide range of commercial products
- Actively securing renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover
- Supporting our Account Executives with various duties where required
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Account Handler role within a commercial broker environment
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products and the wider industry
- Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
- Experience of working in Advised Financial Services environment
