Involve recruitment are in search of Site Agent to oversee and manage operations on a civils scheme in Haverford west. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering civils projects and will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This project will involve creating a footbridge for a car park reporting to the project manager. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Candidate can be from a Sub Agent or a Site Agent background.
Duration: 5-6 months
Hours: 45-50
Duties
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise site activities, including scheduling work and allocating resources effectively.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Address any issues or delays that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction or electrical industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or electrical engineering would be advantageous.
