A leading higher education institution in Wales is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a fixed-term contract (6-12 months) with a salary of 48,000-52,000 per annum. This role plays a key part in driving organisational change and transformation while providing expert HR advisory services.

As HR Manager, you will manage complex employee relations cases, lead change management initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to implement HR policies. You'll also oversee HR staff development, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and operational support.
