Are you a professional HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a leading global firm?

Do you have strong administration and coordination skills within a fast pace and corporate setting?

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an organised and diligent HR Administrator. This is a perm role starting as soon as possible!

Working as part of a dynamic and successful team, you will report to a senior HR staff member, provide general administrative support to the Human Resources (HR) team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration and processes
  • Respond to UK based HR queries
  • Maintain filing systems and records
  • Coordinate CSR and D&I initiatives
  • Liaise with counterparts in different countries
  • Assist with Graduate Recruitment & Development
  • Support the administration of all aspects of HR for the UK
  • Support wider HR projects and initiatives as and when required

Attributes/Skills Required:

  • Previous exposure to HR administration
  • 12 months + experience within a professional environment
  • Flexible approach and proactive manner to all work and tasks
