HR AdvisorOur valued client based in Cardiff is looking for a dedicated, driven, and eager HR Advisor to join their incredible team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking for their next step in HR.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills knowledge within HR. This is a full-time permanent position that offers hybrid working and comes with a salary of up to £30,000.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the recruitment process, with a focus on job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and more.
  • Managing the HR inboxes.
  • Conducting several meetings such as probation reviews, and inductions.
  • Assist with absence management, relationship management, and wellbeing checks.
  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
  • Assist the HR team with grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Travel to sites.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting the recruitment process
  • HRIS systems experience
  • Understanding of employment legislation
