HR Advisor
Our incredible not-for-profit client based in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and driven HR Advisor to join their incredible team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking for their next step in HR and looking to develop their skills and knowledge further.

The candidate suitable for this position will be providing advice and guidance to managers and employees of the organisation. This is a full time and permanent opportunity located in Cardiff City Centre, that offers hybrid working and comes with a salary of up to 29,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising managers surrounding policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Being the first point of contact for managers and employees.
  • Supporting with disciplinary cases, grievances, consultations, etc.
  • Working closely with compliance, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Assist with absence management, sickness reporting, and wellbeing checks.
  • Supporting HR Administrator to ensure an accurate process in relation to employment changes.
  • Overseeing changes affecting payroll calculations, ensuring all changes are actioned.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual HR management reports.
  • Assist in driving culture change projects and supporting organisational change.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Occasional travel to different sites across Wales.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 or willing to work towards.
  • Strong HR Administration experience.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience supporting disciplinaries and grievances, sickness absence management, and ER.
  • Strong IT skills.
