  • The successful candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and at least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.

My client based just outside Cardiff is currently looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on an on-going temporary basis. The role will involve providing HR guidance, expertise and support to the business.

Duties

  • To provide HR assistance and expertise to functional managers providing guidance and support to managers on various HR processes including grievance and disciplinary procedures, performance and attendance issues
  • To communicate and provide regular update on all HR policies and processes
  • To review and prepare detailed analysis of Key HR metrics including employee turnover, absenteeism and other relevant data
  • To support the collation, analysis and presentation of information and statistics related to employee compensation and benefits and other relevant benchmarking
  • To keep abreast of changes in HR and employment legislation
  • To support the HR management team in business performance improvement activities

Experience

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject and ideally CIPD qualified/ training towards CIPD certification
  • HR Advisor experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Good analysis skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
