This is a fast-paced and varied role, focusing on Employee Relation cases as well as project work. The right candidate will be able to work with a challenging workload and be prepared to travel across the country when required.Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Senior HR Business Partners with projects and onboarding
- Manage disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, sickness absence and more
- Support managers with HR policies and provide advice and guidance on HR issues
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team in understanding requirements for the business
- Manage and maintain contracts and other employee information
- Ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the company's evolving needs
The ideal candidate will have experience within a HR organisation and must have dealt with a variety of complex Employee Relation cases as well as a relevant HR qualification. The individual will have the ability to maintain strong relationships and have excellent communication skills.
