- Supporting the recruitment process, with a focus on job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and more.
- Managing the HR inboxes.
- Conducting several meetings such as probation reviews, and inductions.
- Assist with absence management, relationship management, and wellbeing checks.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
- Assist the HR team with grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Travel to sites.
- CIPD Level 3 (Desirable)
- Strong IT skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting the recruitment process
- HRIS systems experience
- Understanding of employment legislation
