Job Title: HR Business PartnerLocation: RemoteContract: Until 30th June 2025Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per weekPay Rate: £23.58 per hourWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to provide expert advice and strategic support on restructure, redeployment, and TUPE processes. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure the smooth management of organisational change, helping the business navigate complex restructures and transfers with confidence and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Restructure & Redeployment Support: Lead and support the organisation through restructuring initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, employee engagement, and business continuity. Manage the redeployment of staff, providing guidance on available opportunities and helping individuals navigate internal job moves.
  • TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings): Provide expert guidance on TUPE transfers, ensuring that all legal and contractual obligations are met. Support the management of employee communications, rights, and processes during TUPE transfers, whether incoming or outgoing.
  • Change Management: Lead change management processes in relation to restructures and redeployment, supporting managers and staff in adapting to organisational changes. Provide coaching and practical advice on managing teams during times of transition.
  • Employee Relations during Restructure: Manage complex employee relations matters related to restructuring, including consultations, negotiations, and conflict resolution. Ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with employment law throughout the process.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures related to restructures, redeployment, and TUPE, ensuring they are fit for purpose and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders during TUPE transfers and restructuring activities. Provide clear, concise communication and ensure all impacted employees are kept informed at each stage of the process.
  • Support and Guidance: Work closely with line managers, senior leadership, and affected employees, providing advice, guidance, and practical support throughout the restructuring and redeployment process.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong knowledge of TUPE regulations, including the practicalities of transferring employees between organisations, and the key processes involved.
  • Proven track record of managing restructure and redeployment activities, with a deep understanding of the legal and practical aspects.
  • CIPD Qualified (Level 7) / Associate Member of CIPD, or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Experience in employee relations, particularly in complex cases related to change management and organisational restructuring.
