HR Change Specialist Location: RemoteContract type: Fixed-term until 31st March 2025 with the possibility of extension.We are seeking Senior HR Change Specialist to oversee all HR matters concerning to significant organisational change programme, ensuring the successful implementation of a new organisational structure within this financial year. This is a pivotal role that requires leadership, ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with the Trade Unions and Senior Leadership team, specialist technical HR expertise and driving change across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of the organisational change programme, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to and advise on the design of key strategic areas of the organisation
  • Act as a key member of the Leadership Team, contributing to broader strategic decisions.
  • Lead and facilitate dialogue amongst the Senior Leadership Team and Trade Union Partnership.
  • Oversee a dedicated HR project team
  • Manage the successful delivery of KPIs and project milestones, ensuring the organisational change programme is completed on time and within budget. 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale organisational and people restructuring programmes.
  • Strong technical HR experience and employment law knowledge.
