- Lead the implementation of workforce plans, ensuring alignment with the overarching people strategy and business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on complex Employee Relations (ER) matters, ensuring best practice is followed.
- Support senior leaders in enhancing their people management capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead and support organisational development initiatives, driving effective change management processes.
- Analyse workforce data and trends to inform strategic people initiatives and continuous improvements.
- Promote Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, ensuring these are embedded into organisational practices.
