Job Description

  • Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies to meet the people needs of the organisation.
  • Inspire and develop the team to perform with high levels of motivation and commercial focus.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Build relationships with external agencies to source talent within agreed budgets and timescales.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the wider business to ensure visibility of key activities and initiatives in addition to KPI performance.
  • Manage team performance through goal setting, performance management, personal development plans, career conversations, talent & succession plans.
  • Partner with the wider organisation to establish and influence recruitment numbers, new vacancies and key retention initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Talent and Learning & Development to identify, develop and engage key talent within the organisation - assisting with succession plans, talent identification criteria and building a future leaders programme.
  • Manage the Celsa's employer branding efforts, including promoting the employee value proposition, and employer branding campaigns, developing external presence and reputation within the marketplace.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and implement them in the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, implementing changes as necessary to ensure that Celsa attract and retains the best talent.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • End-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency role
  • An understanding of what a business needs in order to attract, engage and retain great people
  • Be commercially driven
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to challenge, support and influence leadership teams
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Possess a strategic, growth mindset
