Responsibilities include managing S38 and S104 agreements and liaising with consultants.
This role offers a long-term contract, a Monday to Friday schedule, and a hybrid work model with three days in the office.
Salary is dependent on experience.

Due to increase in workload for the region, my client an award winning and well-established house builder is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator initially on a freelance basis.

As Coordinator you will be carrying out S38 and S104 agreements as well as being confident in liaising with consultants regarding the works.
