Your new companyI am currently recruiting for a Network Support Analyst to join my public sector client on a permanent basis to be part of the team supporting the design and implementation of the ICT Network Infrastructure including Security and extensive Wi-Fi estate. The role requires 4 days a week on site and involves travelling to various offices. Costs of travelling to offices outside the base will be paid back in mileage. Your new roleYou will be responsible for taking a senior role within a team of Network Support Analysts and technicians and for utilising all available resources to ensure fulfilment of the service level agreements. Additionally, you will be undertaking the technical tasks required in providing a comprehensive Network, Security (Firewalls) and Wi-Fi based hardware/software support. As a senior member of staff, you will also play a huge part in maintaining the professional image of ICT services. Interaction with staff at all levels will be of the utmost importance.
