Our fantastic Training Provider client is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to manage and support the on-going development and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Framework.

This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home and office work.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with the Head of Quality in the development of quality assurance.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, setting clear quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Lead in quality assurance for sub-contractors, ensuring alignment with our standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to subcontractors to enhance program quality.
  • Actively engage and support in Self-Assessment Activities across all contracts.
  • Monitoring and supporting the enhancement of performance and standards.
  • Development and delivery of training to staff across contracts as required.
  • Setting, measuring and review of individual/team KPIs and performance targets

What you'll need:

  • Assessor qualification or equivalent.
  • IQA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an educational quality role.
  • Experience in delivering training and support.
  • Experience in data analysis and producing reports.
  • Excellent Management / Supervisory experience.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes.
