Are you an experienced Responsible Individual (RI) or Registered Manager (RM) looking for your next challenge? Our client is a leading domiciliary care organisation providing high-quality care services for both adults and children. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee our operations in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional domiciliary care services for adults and children in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards as set by CIW (Care Inspectorate Wales).
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of managers and care professionals.
  • Monitor service performance, implementing improvements as necessary to maintain high standards of care.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including families, clients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and safety protocols are upheld across all services.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive business growth and maintain a positive reputation within the community.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Responsible Individual (RI) or Registered Manager (RM) in a domiciliary care setting.
  • QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Adults).
  • Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and best practices in the domiciliary care sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to delivering high standards of care.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
