My client are a well-established, national law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their Housing Management team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be joining a tier 1 team that covers all aspects of tenancy enforcement, tackling issues such as nuisance, criminal activity, anti-social behaviour and other issues to include housing disrepair claims, addressing homelessness, and navigating the complexities introduced by The Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016. The ideal Civil Litigation Solicitor will bring with them previous Civil Litigation experience (ideally with a housing focus).
