Your new companyThis leading, full-service UK law firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their market-leading Group Litigation and Collective Claims team in Cardiff. The team is renowned for its breadth of expertise and its role in landmark group actions across environmental nuisance, professional negligence, product liability, competition, consumer, and financial mis-selling claims. They are currently instructed in major High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal cases and they also lead one of the UK's largest ever military claims and are regularly instructed in high-profile domestic and cross-border actions.Your new roleThe firm is seeking a driven solicitor to help progress complex, high-value cases alongside senior colleagues. You will handle individual claims and assist with strategic issues common across large client cohorts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing documents, preparing witness statements, instructions to counsel, and drafting pleadings and correspondence. You will liaise directly with clients, manage queries, provide updates, and play a hands-on role in progressing matters to trial. The firm is looking for a highly ambitious and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working within a team and on their own.
