Position: Family Law Solicitor 2PQE+Location: Cardiff/Newport I’m looking to speak with a passionate and experienced family law solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm, looking to expand their Cardiff and Newport Team. If you have at least 2 years’ PQE and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll have the chance to manage your own caseload, work independently, and make a real impact on the lives of your clients.This role is primarily based in the Cardiff office, but also keen to expand the family law department in Newport. If you’re up for the challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to help grow their presence, working from the Newport office on an ad-hoc basis. Hybrid working is also offered, so there’s flexibility to work in a way that suits you.Day to day, you’ll be handling matters from start to finish, and attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy work when needed. Strong communication is key, as you’ll be handling consultations, answering queries, and keeping clients updated.Building relationships is a big part of this role. The firm want someone who genuinely enjoys working with clients, whether it’s handling feedback, resolving concerns, or attending networking events, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships.The firm believe in creating a workplace where people feel valued and supported.
