This is a great opportunity for a commercial property solicitor who can make that next step up and really make a name for themselves. The main duties will include handling a mixed caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions & disposals, leases, lease renewals & lease management matters, property finance and development matters and corporate transaction support.
You will be working within a small friendly & enthusiastic team with a high level of support but with space to take on responsibility to grow and develop. The team has a great reputation locally and currently has a number of high-profile clients based locally & nationwide.
You will benefit from high levels of independent client contact, responsibility for managing your files and professional relationships, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.
The firm are looking for an NQ -3PQE , however this is just a guideline and applicants who fall out of this PQE range but who possess the necessary skill will still be considered.
