My client a central Cardiff firm with a growing local client base are looking to recruit a NQ Conveyancing Solicitor to work within the property department who is keen to get exposure in commercial property. As part of the team you will be involved in supporting the senior commercial property solicitor dealing with new instructions.

Within the Property department you will get exposure on caseloads including partnership agreements/dissolution, easements and wayleaves, option agreements, leases for renewable projects and sale of land.
