A leading law firm with a strong reputation is seeking a range of Private Client Solicitors from 2 Years PQE - Senior Associate/ Partners to join their growing team in Cardiff. This role offers significant career progression and competitive remuneration, with plans to expand the team significantly over the next couple of years.
Key Responsibilities and Characteristics:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection applications.
- Provide expert legal advice tailored to individual client needs, especially for elderly clients.
- Draft and review legal documents with high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Engage in business development and networking to support the firm's growth.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers, paralegals, and administrators, working both independently and within the team.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in Private Client law and a passion for delivering excellent client service.
- Flexible working arrangements with a mix of office-based and remote work.
