This firm's workforce has grown by more than 500 while still retaining the nurtured culture. This firm is Vibrant and full of opportunities. Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;* Work on behalf of businesses of all sizes other organisations in a wide rang of regulatory and criminal law matters. * Acting on behalf of the Welsh government, Local Authorities and other regulators. * Working on Contentious and non-contentious matters. * Advising on prosecutions and regulatory investigations* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation* Accident investigation* Crisis management support* Drafting written representation to regulatory bodiesExperience Required:* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
