This role will allow you to leverage your expertise in residential property law while taking on leadership responsibilities to guide and supervise a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice across a broad spectrum of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations, and lease extensions.

Deliver exceptional client service by offering a seamless and tailored experience throughout every property transaction.

Lead and supervise the residential property team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their professional development.

Cultivate relationships with local contacts, agents, and potential clients in the regional market. Identify and pursue business development opportunities, both internally and externally, and actively contribute to the growth of the team.

Stay current with developments in residential property law and share insights and strategies with colleagues to continuously improve the team’s knowledge and service delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A qualified Residential Property Lawyer with a proven track record in managing high-value transactions and complex residential property matters.
- Experience leading a team and demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
- A client-focused approach, with a passion for providing high levels of service and delivering results.
- Demonstrable business development experience, with the ability to foster relationships and generate new opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
