- Acting as a point of contact for clients and contractors, communicating via the phone and on emails
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to understand project requirements and set action plans and prioritise workload
- Manage teams/ online meetings and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
- Manage and communicate with separate parties to ensure actions and deliverables are on time, followed up and moved forward
- Programme monitoring and delivery, including control of key project and contractual deadlines.
- Drafting update reports, both internally and for clients and reviewing, analysing reports and data
- Supporting your team and/or project manager in completion of their tasks.
- Attending site visits to live projects when required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a project or professional based role
- Degree educated
- Experience with managing projects and taking the lead on stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skillsÂ
- Salary of circa £30,000
- 20 days + BH + Christmas shutdown (Increases with service)
