Job Title: Property Paralegal
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid.
Salary: Circa 25,000 - 27K
Hours: Full Time
THE FIRM:
Top Tier well established property specialist firm in Cardiff is looking to take on two paralegals after recent promotions within the firm. You will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced property solicitors and will be in the perfect environment to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential and Commercial conveyancing matters
* Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential and Commercial conveyancing files
* Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors
* Preparing Land Registry applications
* Producing standard Stamp Duty Land Tax returns;
* Preparing Sale and Purchase completion statements
* Researching matters of law relevant to transactions
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law
ABOUT YOU:
* Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
* Experience working in Conveyancing department
* Comfortable in an office setting.
* Ideally someone with experience in Buy ot Legal
