Paralegal / Litigation Executive: Motor & Casualty: Large & Complex Loss

What will you be doing?

You will assist a Partner and, at times, other Fee Earners as part of our successful Motor & Casualty team. As you will have already completed a law degree/GDL/LPC or equivalent qualifications or have previous file handling experience/ worked in the insurance industry you will be ready to gain exposure to high quality and challenging Large & Complex Loss claims.

This is an excellent opportunity to support on catastrophic injury claims such as brain injury, spinal injury and amputation claims on behalf of national insurers in a communal and nurturing environment.

You will be able to provide clients with updates and ensure that their legal affairs are dealt with in a business-like and professional manner to guarantee the efficient operation of the firm.

What do I need?

You will need to have completed a law degree, LPC or GDL and/or have a minimum of 12 months experience in a claim handling role, handling preferably a litigated defendant caseload.

An understanding of insurance would be highly advantageous along with an enthusiastic mindset and a willingness to learn.
