In the role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of domestic appliances, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. You will be covering the CF, NP, and SA postcodes, handling repairs, maintenance, and installations of built-in products, as well as advising customers on best practices for appliance care.

The Role:
- Field-based appliance repairs and servicing across CF, NP, and SA.
- Providing top customer service while diagnosing and fixing issues.
- Installing built-in appliances and advising on maintenance.
The Person:
- Experience in appliance repair or electrical/mechanical background.
- Field Service Engineer background
- Based in Cardiff/Newport/Bridgend Areas with a UK Driving License
