The Job
- Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of business development activities.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring donor and stakeholder records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship, including preparing reports, acknowledgments, and engagement materials.
- Support the organisation and delivery of fundraising events, including guest lists, RSVPs, on-the-day logistics and engaging with donors and prospects as a representative of the Company.
- Liaise with the Communications and Marketing team on the production of marketing materials, mailings, and invitations.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Person Specification
- Good administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of accuracy.
- Experience using a CRM system. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Salary & Benefits
- £22,000 per annum
- 35-hour workweek, with flexibility on start and finish times
- 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
