The Job

  • Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of business development activities.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring donor and stakeholder records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship, including preparing reports, acknowledgments, and engagement materials.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of fundraising events, including guest lists, RSVPs, on-the-day logistics and engaging with donors and prospects as a representative of the Company.
  • Liaise with the Communications and Marketing team on the production of marketing materials, mailings, and invitations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including invoice processing, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Person Specification

  • Good administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Experience using a CRM system. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
