We are currently seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join a reputable organisation in the healthcare sector. This role is integral to supporting the company's growth by delivering impactful marketing strategies and campaigns. You will work closely with the sales and marketing manager to ensure alignment with business objectives, contributing to brand visibility and customer engagement.

I am looking to speak with anyone local to Cardiff with 2+ years experience in marketing.There is a huge opportunity for progression and scope for hybrid work somewhere down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in running digital campaigns including social media, PPC, email marketing, and content creation to boost brand awareness and conversions.
  • Campaign Execution: Support multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at achieving key business goals.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and execute community initiatives to foster relationships with key local stakeholders.
  • Event Support: Assist with event planning and management, from pre-event logistics to on-site support and post-event evaluation.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales and other departments to provide the necessary promotional materials and align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Promotional Materials: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and manage supplier relationships.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' marketing experience, with a proven ability to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Experience:

  • Understanding of regulatory environments, particularly in financial or healthcare sectors.
  • Knowledge or experience in SEO and PPC or Paid ads
