TSA Surveying is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor for a prominent building consultancy in Cardiff.
The role involves conducting stock condition surveys on social housing properties, identifying defects, and assessing the lifespan of key components.

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team based in Cardiff.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
RDSAPassessments.

About the Role:

Immediate start!

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
Carry out 6-10 completed surveys per day
Induction provided to use the software.
Outside IR 35
