Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm


We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join a well-established company in Bridgend. In this role, you will support the Service Centre Manager in managing a dynamic Service Centre, helping drive the business forward to meet targets and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will lead a small, dedicated team of two experienced employees who will help you feel welcomed from day one.

Main Duties
" Team Management: Assist in overseeing the Service Centre team in alignment with company policies to maximise service centre performance.
" Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to company contract administration procedures.
" Team Development: Coach and motivate team members to perform at their best and provide excellent customer service.
" Health & Safety: Ensure that all work and processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
" Customer Excellence: Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and product quality.
Skills Required
" Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, is advantageous.
" Communication & Organization: Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities.
" IT Proficiency: Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
" Health & Safety Knowledge: Sound understanding and experience in Health and Safety practices at work.
" Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a high standard of quality and a drive to succeed.
