In this role, you will support the Service Centre Manager in managing a dynamic Service Centre, helping drive the business forward to meet targets and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. You will lead a small, dedicated team of two experienced employees who will help you feel welcomed from day one.Main Duties" Team Management: Assist in overseeing the Service Centre team in alignment with company policies to maximise service centre performance."
