You will lead a small, dedicated team of two experienced employees who will help you feel welcomed from day one.Main Duties" Team Management: Assist in overseeing the Service Centre team in alignment with company policies to maximise service centre performance." Contract Compliance: Ensure adherence to company contract administration procedures." Team Development: Coach and motivate team members to perform at their best and provide excellent customer service." Health & Safety: Ensure that all work and processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines."
