Reed recruitment have partnered with a highly regulated manufacturer based in Cardiff. This is a NPI Senior Process Development Engineer opportunity in a strongly established Medical Devices company,Â

- Salary: Circa £45,000 - £50,000
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of assembly processes.
- Conduct Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A), process validation, and documentation within set timelines and budgets.
- Own risk assessments through PFMEA and contribute to DFMEA activities to manage development risks.
- Evaluate new projects from a process and manufacturing perspective, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop processes compliant with GMP, including process validations and other quality system documentation for new product introduction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation and records to ensure a smooth transition into manufacturing.
