Reed recruitment have partnered with a highly regulated manufacturer based in Cardiff. This is a NPI Senior Process Development Engineer opportunity in a strongly established Medical Devices company,

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of assembly processes.
  • Conduct Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A), process validation, and documentation within set timelines and budgets.
  • Own risk assessments through PFMEA and contribute to DFMEA activities to manage development risks.
  • Evaluate new projects from a process and manufacturing perspective, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop processes compliant with GMP, including process validations and other quality system documentation for new product introduction.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation and records to ensure a smooth transition into manufacturing.
