Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the engineering team by carrying out systematic tasks and continuous improvements to plant and machinery to improve existing manufacturing processes.
  • Use initiative to identify areas that will improve the production performance, line utilisation and focus on reducing scrap levels.
  • Provide maintenance support regarding projects.
  • Work on a large variety of equipment including - gear boxes, pumps, motors, bearings, drives, inverters, relays, sensors, conveyor systems and PLC's.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Multi skilled engineer - ideally electrical bias
  • Apprentice trained/HNC qualified.
  • Worked within manufacturing.
  • Strong problem solving/fault finding ability and experience.
