Residential Coordinator / Property Manager

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Our client based in Cardiff are looking for a Coordinator/ Property Manager to join their growing Sales and Lettings team. This is an exiting role with varied responsibilities and tasks.

Main Role

1.Support the property management team with all aspects of administration relating to our managed portfolio of properties.

2.Arrange access and book appointments at properties for viewings, inventories, checkouts and interim inspections.

3.Help to prepare move-in packs for new occupation contracts and tenancies.

4.Assist with property compliance by obtaining documents and certificates (such as gas safety or electrical safety certificates) and uploading them to the system.

5.Deal with utility bills for our managed portfolio, transferring responsibility for bill payment as necessary.

6.Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries regarding properties to let and sell.

7.Chase contractors for invoices and upload to the system

8.Monitor the support email inbox, allocating issues to the relevant property manager to deal with.

9.Assist with updating and maintaining the Rent Smart Wales register and internal filing system

10.Chase contractors for the return of our managed sets of keys.
