Job Title: Medical Receptionist- Weekends
Location: Birchgrove, Cardiff
Pay: £12 - £13 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (6 weeks, subject to extension)
Working Pattern: Saturday and Sunday (9am - 4pm)

Responsibilities:
As a Medical Receptionist, your daily tasks will include:
- Managing telephone, face-to-face, and electronic inquiries with a welcoming demeanour.
- Booking and amending patient appointments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Providing outstanding support to patients and staff alike, contributing to a positive environment.
Experience/Skill Set Required:
- Previous Receptionist experience is a must!
- DBS certificate is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and care.
