Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the administration of NEBOSH, IOSH, and IEMA courses for clients and customers worldwide.

You will manage a caseload of clients and customers, providing comprehensive post-sales support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key contacts, providing the best customer service experience keeping them informed of learner progress from registration to certification.
  • Issue of joining instructions to clients (In-Company) and customers (Open) courses.
  • Preparation of course paperwork to include planning sheets, attendance record.
  • Ensuring course trainers receive course materials and arrangements.
  • Confirming delegate numbers with Open venues.
  • Gather all post course feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Updating relevant job files and digital systems.
  • Manage delegate practical assessment submissions.
  • Preparation and issue of certificates to client / students.
  • Manage inboxes, respond to student queries by telephone and e-mail.
  • Assist colleagues with the administration of their courses where required.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during annual leave/sickness absence.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent word-processing skills.
  • Attention to detail - accuracy.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work to tight deadlines and fluctuating workload.
  • Excellent English skills both written / verbal.
  • Team player in addition to ability to work unsupervised.
  • Customer focused and excellent telephone manner.
  • Results focused.

  • Previous experience working in a training company.
