We are currently recruiting a Quality & Compliance Manager for our Client, a rapidly expanding care home group with facilities in both England and Wales.

As a Quality & Compliance Manager you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that the care homes deliver exceptional quality and compassionate care. You'll work closely with Home Managers to mentor, support, and inspire them to achieve their best.

What you'll do:
  • Lead with purpose: Provide strategic guidance and support to Home Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop talent: Mentor and coach Home Managers to enhance their leadership skills and ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Drive quality: Ensure that all care homes adhere to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centered care.
  • Champion compassion: Foster a culture of compassionate leadership that empowers staff to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  What you'll bring to the table:
