- Grant Administration: Oversee weekly payments for various grant activities, manage adjustments, and reconcile monthly grant commitments.
- Collectorplan Management: Handle financial processes, manage twice-monthly direct debit collections, and compile reconciled statistics.
- Sales Ledger: Manage and process sales invoices, ensuring accurate recording of financial information and efficient credit control.
- Banking & Cash Management: Reconcile bank accounts regularly, ensure monthly reconciliations, and handle ad-hoc payments, including international transactions.
- Year-End Support: Assist with year-end financial reports, liaise with internal and external auditors, and support strategic financial projects.
- Familiarity with finance and reporting software
- Proven experience or an AAT qualification
- Background in a fast-paced, small finance team
- Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure
- Ability to stay current with new policies and proactively suggest improvements
- Strong skills in prioritizing and planning workload
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Accountable and confident in making decisions within the role’s scope
- Fluency in Welsh (written and spoken) is desirable
