Job Title: Sales / Finance Administrator - Part time
Salary of £12.800 - £13 per hour plus holiday pay on offer

Môrwell Talent Solutions is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation in the Cardiff Docks area in their search for an experienced part-time Sales / Finance Administrator to join their small friendly office team.
Position Summary: The Sales / Finance Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and also carrying out credit control duties. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Admin:
- Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when necessary.
- General Administration:
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for sales records and related documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of delivery queries.
- Ad-hoc finance admin duties
- Credit Control:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or letters to remind them of overdue invoices.
- Keep track of unpaid invoices and ensuring payments are received in a timely manner. Manage and collect debts from company debtors, ensuring timely payments.
- Set up terms of credit for new clients and negotiate payment plans.
- Work with customers to arrange payment plans or extended terms when necessary.
- Produce reports on aged debt, bad debts, and cash flow forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Experience in credit control or debt management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
Working Hours: My client will consider applicants on a full-time basis working 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday based entirely in the office, but the preference would be for a part-time position ideally Monday to Friday 8 - 1 / 2pm.
