Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer- Cardiff

BIR currently looking for Senior engineer to work for One of our well-established RC Frame & Groundworks contractors in Cardiff. This is an ongoing project and to be completed in 40 weeks.

Successful candidate will be interviewed immediately,

As the Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing construction drawings and ensure site team have appropriate drawing before commencing the work.
• Ordering and call-off concrete.
• Ensure pre-pour and post pour inspection are taking place on time.
• Maintain as build records, RED Line drawings and QA documentation.
• Assist junior engineers and site team as necessary.

Requirements:
To be successful in this Senior Engineer role, you need to be:

• CSCS card is required
• Previously worked as a Senior Engineer.
• Experienced in RC work and Groundwork- min 6years.
• Must be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
