The Role:

Due to continual growth our client based in the Audio Visual and Events Industry, are looking to recruit Audio Visual Venue Technicians. Responsible for the delivery, set up andprovide support withaudiovisual systems in anevent environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.This position reports to theAudio-VisualTechnician or Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to an event
  • Drive Results - Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Report all health and safety issues to the HSE Manager or Project Manager onsite.
  • At times theVenue Technicianwill work as part of a team on larger scale projects.
  • Values People - Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
  • Handles equipment challenges and changes in a timely and professional manner.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Ability to work as part of a team or unaccompanied under own initiative.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure of a live event.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
