Role Overview:
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care delivery by coordinating schedules, supporting care teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct client assessments, plan care, and ensure service aligns with client needs and regulations.

- Engage with clients and families, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with care.

Requirements:
- Senior experience in the care sector.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with a passion for delivering compassionate care.
